BRIDGEWATER, Mass. -- Bridgewater State University freshman Josh Winsper (Rochester, Mass.) earned silver in the javelin and bronze in the shot put at the 2018 International Wheelchair & Amputee Sports (IWAS) Youth World Games on July 3rd and 4th in Athlone, Ireland.
